There isn't one. A non-orientable regular map cannot be chiral.
Proof. Any non-orientable structure can be portrayed on a surface that includes a cross-cap. Push everything thourgh this cross-cap, and it comes out unchanged but converted to its mirror image. So it wasn't chiral.
