We no longer sell Skat packs by post. Increased postage costs have made it uneconomic.
We can supply the packs listed below, if you can arrange transport yourself. Our stock is held in North Hinksey Village, on the A34 where it passes Oxford.
French-suited, 32 cards + one cover card.
59 mm by 91 mm.
Unused.
These are the packs we use for our own events, in which each deal is played at more than one table, as in duplicate bridge tournaments. The backs of the cards are printed with spaces to show which hand each card is in, for each of up to six deals. The packs are available with backs printed in grey, green, red, and yellow. Each pack is supplied in a clear plastic box.
If you are planning to use these packs for a Skat event, you will need a suitable mix of back colours. If you will have three players at each table, you should have equal numbers of grey-backed, green-backed, and red-backed packs. If four at each table, then equal numbers of grey-backed, green-backed, red-backed, and yellow-backed packs.
When ordering, please specify which back colours you require.

Note that any one pack has backs all of the same colour, but the image above shows backs of cards from four different packs.
French-suited, 32 cards + one cover card.
59 mm by 91 mm.
These are the same packs shown above, after we have used them for one event. Each pack will typically have been played 16 times. As you can see in the picture, the backs have been marked to show which hand each card is in for each deal. These marks may be in chinagraph pencil (so they can be wiped off, using a cloth with a trace of white spirit) or in marker pen or other permanent marker. Each pack is supplied in a clear plastic box.
When ordering, please specify which back colours you require.
Availabilty is limited – at the time of writing 21 packs are available, about 20 more packs will become available after each of our events, which are held about every seven weeks.

Four-colour French-suited, 32 cards + one cover card.
59 mm by 91 mm.
These are similar to the same packs shown above, but from an earlier printing. The faces show the suits in four different colours (green spades, yellow diamonds), and the backs are all green. Each pack may have been played up to 100 times. As you can see in the picture, the faces are slightly grimy, and the backs have been marked to show which hand each card is in for each deal. These marks may be in chinagraph pencil (so they can be wiped off, using a cloth with a trace of white spirit) or in marker pen or other permanent marker. Each pack is supplied in a clear plastic box.

German-suited, 32 cards + one cover card.
60 mm by 90 mm.
These are the packs we formerly used for our own events. They are no longer available new. As with the Duplikat packs shown above, each deal is played at more than one table, and the backs of the cards are printed with spaces to show which hand each card is in, for up to four deals. The packs are available with backs printed in white, green, red, and yellow.
Each pack has typically have been played 100 times, and is in poor condition. As you can see in the picture, the faces are grimy, and the backs have been marked, using chinagraph pencil, to show which hand each card is in for each deal. These marks can be wiped off, using a cloth with a trace of white spirit.
Each pack is in a clear plastic box, which has seen some wear but is in perfectly usable condition.
