The 6th Lancaster Hall Hotel Skat Tournament

We initially welcomed eight players to the Lancaster Hall Hotel, including newcomer Michael Kollmann and organiser John M^cLeod. So we played the first three sessions each of 20 boards as two tables of four. For the final session, Udo Bauer, officer of the hosting German YMCA, was able to join us, so we played a final 18 boards as three tables of three.

Prizes

Prizes of sausage, whisky and chocolates were awarded for the first three places. There was also a prize of wine for the best score in a single session (excluding those who had already won prizes), won by Mike Tobias.
