The 24th Young Chelsea Skat tournament was held on Saturday February 25th, 2012. The organiser was Chris Beesley.
When we started we were seven players, including newcomer to these events Tom Harloff. Chris therefore sat out. As we did not include any slow players, we agreed to play 24 boards per session, and played two sessions as two tables of three.
After two sessions, two more noewcomers, Doreen Heinecke and Michael Dickert, arrived, so we were able to play two more sessions each of 24 boards as three tables of three, with Chris joining in. Doreen played so well that she won the second prize despite having missed the first two sessions.
